Greens Crew & Co. does not sell cannabis. All products offered are apparel, accessories, lifestyle goods, or event-related items unless otherwise stated.

2. ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All purchases made through the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by Greens Crew.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct pricing or product description errors

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. MEMBERSHIPS & PRE-SALES

Membership Overview

Greens Crew offers annual and limited membership programs, including pre-sale memberships.

Membership benefits may include early access to products, exclusive merchandise, special pricing, or event invitations. Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may change at any time at our discretion.

Pre-Sale Memberships

Pre-sale memberships (including 2026 Pre-Sale Annual Memberships) may involve delayed fulfillment timelines. All stated ship dates or activation dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds

All membership purchases are final sale. Memberships may not be canceled, refunded, or transferred once purchased or fulfilled.

Termination

Greens Crew reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms without refund.

4. EVENTS & TOURNAMENTS

Participation

Participation in Greens Crew events, including golf tournaments, is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants must comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws.

Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with event participation, including physical activity, weather conditions, travel, and third-party conduct.

Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greens Crew & Co. is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during events or tournaments.

Event Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds, if any, will be issued at our sole discretion.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmed unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to demand, pre-orders, or external factors.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All sales are final

  • Used items are not eligible for return

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
